Job Summary
Eide Chrysler St Cloud is always looking for hardworking individuals to join our team! We are currently looking for a Certified Automotive Title Clerk to join our central office.
Duties:
- Process all new and used vehicle titling
- Process in state and out of state vehicle titling
- Verify every transaction for accuracy & correct any errors prior to submission to deputy office
- Complete all transactions in timely manor
- Verify held for resale information and status
- Process all trade-in and purchase documents
- Keep all vehicle documents and files up to date and organized
- Send payoff checks track & request lien cards and duplicate titles
- Manage track and order plate and sticker inventory
- Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
- All other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of automotive title processing experiencerequired
- Ability to pass company background check & authorized to work in MN DVS systems required
- Knowledge and experience with DLRDMV & DLR50 preferred
- previous experience in CDK preferred
- Currently title certified or ability to become title certified within 30 days of hire.
- Positive attitude required
