What Youll Be Doing
- Lead safe reliable and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
- Build a highperforming team through clear expectations coaching and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in production maintenance and overall site performance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental health safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets resources and production planning to meet operational and business targets.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field
- Plant Manager aggregate mining and maintenance experience required
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
- Sound operational judgment and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced plant environment.
- Commitment to safety environmental compliance and continuous learning.
Work Environment
This role operates within an outdoor heavyindustrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather noise dust and large mobile equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
