What Youll Be Doing
- Lead safe reliable and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
- Build a highperforming team through clear expectations coaching and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in production maintenance and overall site performance.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental health safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets resources and production planning to meet operational and business targets.

- Strong operational decisionmaking and problemsolving capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate and optimize complex plant processes in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment
This role operates within an outdoor heavyindustrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather noise dust and large mobile equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
