Product Line Manager – SRP Enhancement (Artificial Lift)

We are hiring a Product Line Manager SRP Enhancement to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our Rod Pump (SRP) enhancement portfolio.

This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success gross profit performance field reliability and full lifecycle execution of assigned products.

What Youll Own

• Full lifecycle ownership of assigned SRP enhancement product linesfrom concept through end-of-life
• Product strategy multi-year roadmaps and investment prioritization
• New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization
• Pricing strategy gross profit performance and margin discipline
• Field performance reliability outcomes and warranty exposure
• Cross-functional execution across Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality and Sales

• SRP Accessories

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 10 years of experience in Artificial Lift engineering manufacturing operations or product leadership
• Demonstrated ownership of a product line with accountability for commercial results
• Strong working knowledge of ESP rod lift gas lift and Artificial Lift systems
• Proven success launching oilfield technologies from concept to commercial scale
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical commercial and operational tradeoffs
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
