Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated reliable and personable candidate to fill a multiple roles Reconstruction Project Manager or Mitigation Project Manager or Estimator. We offer competitive pay and have gained the reputation as one of the leading restoration companies in the area with service in restoring residential and commercial properties compromised by water fire and mold! Customer Service is at the heart of what we do as well as giving extensive and continued training to all our employees.
Requires a high level of responsibility often faced with working in extreme conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills strong analytical abilities possess a high attention to detail and truly enjoys providing superior service to external and internal customers.
ESTIMATOR ROLE:
- Minimum of 2 years Estimating mitigation and reconstruction losses after water fire or disaster damage
- Minimum of 2 years using Xactimate and working for a disaster restoration company
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
- Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Professionally represent SERVPRO principles of honesty and integrity.
- Learn and utilize the required computer system.
- Maintain constant communication with property owner and insurance representatives as appropriate.
- Start jobs in a timely manner.
What you will bring to the team: An ability to interpret verbal direction and understand job work orders; ability to read English a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to finish a task. What you will need to succeed: This is an entry-level position; experience in construction/remodel and other related restoration services is a plus but not required. We require a background and check. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment having ability to stand or walk occasionally bending squatting climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
