- Assess and document damaged contents after fire water or storm losses
- Create detailed inventories and accurate estimates for contents claims
- Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items
- Work closely with homeowners adjusters and internal teams
- Maintain organized documentation and job files
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the contents process
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships
- Represent Paul Davis with professionalism and responsiveness
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Naturally relationship-driven and comfortable building rapport
- Strong communicatorboth written and verbal
- Able to balance fieldwork estimating and relationship management
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership
- Estimating insurance claims contents restoration or inventory experience
- Experience with Xactimate or similar tools is a plus
- Background working with insurance adjusters or in a client-facing role
- Valid drivers license required
- Blend of analytical work relationship-building (not just sitting behind a desk)
