Job Summary
Stonecast Products is looking for a Concrete Repair Laborer to join our precast concrete team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work values quality and safety and is eager to learn architectural concrete repair techniques. Experience not required we will train the ideal candidate!
What Youll Do
Repair chips bug holes pour lines reveals cracks and spalls in precast concrete products
Learn architectural patching techniques including color matching and epoxy application
Perform both indoor and outdoor patching when conditions allow
Follow direction from the Patch Supervisor while developing independence in tasks
Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting Stonecast quality standards
Accurately complete patch activity paperwork and submit it on time
Travel to job sites for off-site patching when required (if applicable)
Handle supplies receipts and authorization forms accurately (if applicable)

Equipment & Tools
Learn safe and proper use of hand and power tools
Clean and maintain tools daily

Maintain regular dependable attendance
Follow call-in and time clock procedures accurately
Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and includes:
Standing 810 hours per day
Repeated ladder climbing (5075 times per day)
Lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
Overhead work kneeling squatting bending sanding and grinding
Working outside in all weather conditions
Using power tools and respirators as required
