Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople with materials scaffolding and tool operations
Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Clean and prepare job sites ensuring a safe work environment
Operate or assist with construction equipment and power tools under supervision
Mix and pour concrete grout or other materials as directed
Follow safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions
Work as part of a team following supervisor instructions and contributing to project success

Qualifications:

Prior construction experience preferred but not required
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs bending standing and kneeling for extended periods
Basic understanding of construction techniques and safety standards
Reliable transportation to job sites; active drivers license required
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Work Environment:

Outdoor work in varied weather conditions
Exposure to noise dust and heavy machinery
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by HC Company
