About the role
Were partnering with a fast-growing global fintech platform operating in the digital assets space. This company builds technology that enables real-time trading across multiple markets and liquidity sources.
They are hiring a Software Engineer to work on the systems that power trade execution. This role sits at the core of the platform and focuses on speed accuracy and reliability. Your work will directly impact how trades are executed for users around the world.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performance systems and wants to work on meaningful real-world trading technology.
What youll be working on
- Building and improving core trading and execution services using Golang
- Connecting to external exchanges aand liquidity providers using REST WebSockets and FIX
- Writing software that handles high volumes of data with very low latency
- Improving performance stability and reliability of trading services
- Helping design and evolve a distributed microservice-based platform
- Adding monitoring and alerts to keep systems running smoothly
- Working closely with other engineers and technical teams
What were looking for
- A degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar (or strong hands-on experience)
- 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Golang (C experience is also useful)
- Good working knowledge of Linux
- Experience building and working with REST APIs and WebSockets
- Solid understanding of concurrent programming
- Experience working on low-latency or performance-critical systems
- Clear communication skills and fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with the FIX protocol
- Background in trading systems crypto platforms or financial markets
- Exposure to decentralised finance or blockchain technology
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP gRPC etc.)
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or NATS
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes or similar tools
