Job Title: AI Solutions EngineerJob Description:We are seeking highly talented individuals with a strong background in Python programming and experience in cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP). The ideal candidates will possess robust SQL capabilities and a passion for learning the latest advancements in artificial intelligence including Generative AI (GenAI) Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives identifying how AI can be leveraged to address these and develop customized AI solutions that align with the specific requirements of the clients industry and business AI solutions into production environments ensuring they operate efficiently and -tune models and algorithms to enhance performance and reduce computational Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate feasibility and showcase the art of the clients on scaling AI solutions across their organization including infrastructure considerations and best that AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements addressing potential biases and compliance with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into cloud environments (Azure GCP AWS etc.).Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies applying new techniques to improve existing in crafting RFP responses and participate in oral presentations.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (or equivalent) preferably in Computer Science Electronics or Electrical in Python programming leveraging libraries such as NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow and PyTorch.Experience in statistical and data analysis using Python libraries and advanced SQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.Minimum of 4-8 years of software development communication and stakeholder management to collaborate effectively across teams and lead diverse groups.Nice to have skills:Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) Generative AI Agentic AI and Model-Centric to microservices of CI/CD pipelines for streamlined model with DevOps MLOps and LLMOps of trusted AI practices ensuring fairness transparency and accountability.
