Job Summary
Take control of complex multi-residential projects during the delivery phase and position yourself for senior leadership with profit share.
This role is focused on execution and performance leading projects from DA approval through documentation tender and construction. Youll be responsible for program budget coordination and client management ensuring delivery is commercially strong and technically precise.
With over 30 years of international presence and an expanding pipeline the business is investing in future leaders. This role offers a structured pathway into senior leadership including the opportunity to participate in profit share as you contribute to strategic business growth.
What youll be doing
Lead projects from DA through documentation and construction
Manage consultant coordination and multidisciplinary integration
Oversee documentation quality and technical compliance
Act as primary client contact during delivery
Manage programme fees forecasting and resourcing
Lead contract administration including RFIs and site inspections
Mentor and support project teams
What youll bring
8 years Australian studio experience
Proven delivery of Class 2 / 3 multi-residential projects
Strong construction documentation capability in Revit
Solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
Experience managing client relationships and project teams
Registration and DBP preferred not required
Seniors living experience advantageous
