As a Director youll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals apply your experience and stakeholder management to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:
Business Development & Growth
Drive personal and teambusiness development client relationship management and winning major healthcare contracts and expanding relationships to develop sell-on and future opportunities.
Make significant contributions to the growth of our healthcare business through client relationship management and business development.
Inform the development of sector-wide strategy and account plans as aligned with the Consulting and firm strategy and lead implementation of these.
Drive PwCs go to market approach offerings that differentiate PwC in the healthcare market.
Develop sector thought leadership and represent PwC as an expert in your specialist domains.
Client Leadership & Advisory
Lead end-to-end client engagementsfrom defining the win strategy to overseeing successful delivery of agreed outcomesand sustainable outcomes.
Act as a senior advisor tosenior health systemleaders shaping transformation agendas across strategy operations digital enablement andservicechangeand transformation.
Diagnose complex challenges and design practical innovative solutions grounded in sector insight and evidence.
Delivery Oversight
Oversee a portfolio of multiyearcomplextransformation programmes ensuring delivery quality robust riskmanagementand alignment with clientobjectives.
Provide subjectmatterexpertiseacrossservice redesignservice transformationoperating modeloperational excellencehealth workforcedigital health orhealthtechnology.
People Leadership
Build and lead highperforming teams that embody PwC values of collaborationinclusionand excellence.
Mentor and coach Senior ManagersandManagers supporting their growth and capability development.
Take a leading role in practice developmentidentifyingareas for capability improvementretainingtoptalentanddriving a culture ofexcellence.
Technical & Sector Expertise
Healthcare Directorsmustbring deepsectorexpertisein areas such as:
Strategichealthcare serviceplanning service redesignand transformation care pathwaydesignand implementationof new healthcare service models.
Operationalfinancialand performanceimprovementand productivity measures with realisation of savings.
Health workforcewith regard tobroader health service or system transformationchangeand implementation.
Technology-enabledtransformationin healthcare with insight intochangeadoptionand benefits realisation of technology.
Healthcare sector procurement transformation delivery programme management or change management.
Healthcare capital and infrastructural planningor capacity and demand modelling.
Your profile:
10-12 years of experience in healthcare consulting with demonstrable success delivering complex transformation programmes.
Deepand demonstrableunderstanding of the Irish healthcare system policyenvironmentand sectorspecific challenges.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders andoperateeffectively in complex multilayered organisations.
Strong commercial acumen including pipeline building and proposal leadership.
Ability to translate complex issues intomeaningful outcomes for healthcare clients.
Experience leading and developingcross-competencyteamsleveragingglobalnetworks and / ordelivery chains.
Commitment to innovation digitalenablementand continuous improvement in healthcare.
Excellent communicationfacilitationand presentation skills.
Track recordofclient relationshipmanagement andwinning and delivering newworkwithin a consulting practice.
Masters degreeMBAor relevant professional qualification
