Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies Were looking for a Site Reliability engineer to join our team
Were seeking a seasoned Site reliability engineer to keep on top of day-to-day incident management in the digital domain working back with customers business / IT teams and Infosys offshore delivery teams.
Location: Melbourne
Salary:AUD 108751 - 119893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers business and IT stakeholders
- Manage and optimize SQL databases for high availability and scalability.
- Keep on top of day-to-day incident management in the digital domain working back with customers business / IT teams and Infosys offshore delivery teams
- Proactive problem management and reduction of incidents by designing SOPs and improvement initiatives in coordination with the Infosys delivery teams
- Lead domain specific improvement discussions with customers IT SPOCs and refine delivery processes in consultation with Infosys leadership to enhance the overall customer experience
- Create opportunities for further penetration of Infosys in the digital domain
- Lead guide and mentor the Infosys domain delivery teams to align to customer expectations of satisfactory experience
- Manage and optimize SQL databases for high availability and scalability
- Perform query tuning indexing and schema optimization.
- Implement backup recovery and disaster recovery strategies
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
- Over 8 years of experiencewith exposure to digital/ecommerce domain
- Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization stored procedures triggers).
- Previous end customer facing roles preferably in retail or similar B2C industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- ANZ customer facing role experience for at least one year
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
