As a Service Associate your primary responsibilitywill be collectingsingle usedevices at hospitals within your designated territory.You will be collecting and visiting all areas of the hospital including but not limited to operating rooms patient floors and patientroomsandElectrophysiology and Cath labs.You will also engagewithhospitalstaff OR personnel Supply Chain EVS Sales Reps O.R. Management facility champions Hospital Administration and other Stryker employees stakeholders and partnersto provide optimal customer service on training and education around Stryker Sustainability Solutions bins and what devices can be collected.
You will partner with your supervisor and sales representatives in your assigned territory and focus on building relationships with the customers and increasing the collections ofsingle usedevices for our customers.Being an active participant of a positive culture and a respectful workplace through weekly huddles annual in-person teammeetingsand administrative communication.Adheres to all policies and procedures put forth in the sales code of conduct and Stryker Employee Handbook.
Primary role responsibilities will befieldbasedwithin hospitalsbuilding relationships withcustomersand performing educational in-servicingalong with administrative expectations that requirereceiptgrowth reporting and collection tracking.
Medium work:Exerting up to 60 pounds of forcedaily and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.(Pushing and/or pulling up to 60 pounds of force constantly and ability tolift upto 40 pounds)
Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision mobility bending standing stooping and finger dexterity.
Must be able to communicateeffectively through presentation skillsemailand phone
Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g.PCMicrosoft officesmart phoneetc.).
$23.73 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits.
