Job Summary
Position Overview
The Manager delivers streamlined facility operations drives occupancy performance manages customer relations and ensures the property aligns with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily opening/closing procedures.
Execute storage rentals and account adjustments.
Maintain a clean secure and organized facility.
Conduct daily lock checks and property-wide inspections.
Monitor networked access systems gate controls lighting and cameras.
Complete daily weekly and monthly operational checklists.
Provide customer service via phone email and in person.
Conduct tours and convert inquiries into rentals.
Process payments and reconcile daily deposits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support marketing initiatives and maintain signage.
Work Environment
Office-based role with daily outdoor inspections; must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate $17-18/hr performance incentives paid time off holidays and growth opportunities.
