DescriptionJob Description (Activities & Responsibilities)
In this role you will:
Quality & Compliance
- Validate new and existing quality assurance test methods through structured testing and documentation.
- Conduct complex quality tests analyze results and identify corrective actions.
- Support the development documentation and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GKN standards regulatory requirements and IATF 16949.
Supplier & Process Management
- Lead APQP activities for assigned programs and ensure PPAP deliverables meet expectations.
- Manage supplier performance aligned to QCD metrics and drive corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain deep understanding of procurement standards regulatory codes and internal procedures.
Continuous Improvement & Change Leadership
- Contribute to CI/VAVE initiatives to improve quality efficiency and performance.
- Support change management activities including project updates and problemsolving analyses.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare highquality reports and documentation following organizational guidelines.
- Identify and escalate patterns of noncompliance when needed.
Professional Development
- Build your technical expertise through ongoing training coaching and industry learning.
Youll Need
We are looking for a talented professional who brings:
- A technical diploma or shortcycle tertiary education.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality supplier quality procurement quality or a similar function.
- Strong capability in supplier management problemsolving and risk assessment.
- Experience with APQP PPAP and quality tools within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage complexity communicate effectively and build trust across teams.
- Strong accountability prioritization and resultsdriven mindset.
