Your role and responsibilities
- Prioritize and handle incoming Salesforce-related tickets and user requests
- Identify recurring issues develop initial solution proposals and coordinate next steps with the CRM team (CRM Manager and Salesforce Developer)
- Create and maintain knowledge articles quick guides and short training videos
- Conduct and document user trainings system adjustments as well as the onboarding of new users or new features
- Collect and analyze user feedback (e.g. through surveys) and derive initial recommendations for improvements
- Manage users and perform basic system configurations (e.g. roles permission sets list views)
- Support testing after Salesforce releases or when introducing new functionalities
- Perform regular data quality checks (duplicates required fields segmentation)
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing Service IT and external implementation partners to understand requirements and translate them into CRM solutions
- As you grow in the role you will take ownership of improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the roadmap of our expanding Salesforce platform
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards
Your profile and qualifications
- Understanding of CRM processes in Sales Marketing or Service
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables basic formulas) and strong analytical thinking
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders including the ability to prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable steps
- Structured independent working style and enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external teams
- 12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (agency or admin experience is a plus)
- Confident handling of core Salesforce features (user management objects fields layouts list views reports dashboards)
- Initial experience with simple Salesforce Flows is desirable (e.g. basic record-triggered flows)
- Experience with Salesforce data import/export tools is a plus (Data Import Wizard or Data Loader)
- High willingness to learn and develop; ideally aiming to grow toward the role of CRM Salesforce Manager (Commercial) (e.g. Admin certification)
- Occasional willingness to travel (e.g. for workshops or team meetings)
