Join our Private Markets team as we transition from traditional paper-based processes to a fully digital way of working. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation project that will improve efficiency reduce costs and modernise how we manage information. Full training will be provided and youll be part of a supportive team who value accuracy collaboration and a proactive approach.
Office Based
What youll be doing:
- Preparing documents for scanning including removing staples and ensuring papers are ready for processing
- Setting up scanning equipment to ensure files are captured efficiently and to the correct specifications
- Scanning files and reports including batching where needed and creating final PDF documents
- Uploading scanned files accurately to the correct SharePoint locations
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure scanned documents are complete and legible
- Managing confidential waste by preparing completed files for secure destruction
- Liaising with your line manager to ensure agreed processes and standards are followed
- Flagging any legally privileged or sensitive documents that may require removal from the scanning process
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and a structured disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work independently and stay focused when completing repetitive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Previous administrative experience ideally in a process-driven environment
- Confidence using digital tools or the willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Availability to work exclusively onsite at Coleman Street
