Job Summary
- Prepare the tender documentation file coordinate updates and inputs from all relevant departments and take full ownership of the timely submission of the tender package for each respective tender.
- Lead the compilation and submission of technical and administrative tender packages ensuring accuracy completeness and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering commercial HSE quality finance legal and document control teams to consolidate required inputs.
- Ensure full compliance with client instructions tender specifications and internal quality standards.
- Prepare and review administrative documentation including eligibility documents corporate registrations financial statements and declarations.
- Support the development of technical proposals method statements company profiles experience records and compliance matrices.
- Verify alignment between technical commercial and administrative components prior to submission.
- In coordination with the Document Controller maintain an organized traceable and auditable archive of all tender documentation and correspondence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration Engineering or related field.
- 4 - 5 years experience in tendering bidding or project administration preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel Word
- Excellent written communication skills in English
