Specialist Controller

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports and management summaries with clear and actionable insights
• Support financial planning forecasting and budgeting including variance analysis
• Analyse business performance financial statements and KPIs to drive informed decision-making
• Handle short-term requests and deliver high-quality ad-hoc analyses
• Act as a sparring partner to stakeholders supporting and challenging them on financial and performance-related topics
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes bringing in your expertise ideas and hands-on mindset

Qualifications :

• Degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field with a focus on Controlling Finance or Accounting (Masters preferred)
• 5 years of relevant experience including solid exposure to controlling and budgeting in a fast-paced high-growth environment; Big 4 background is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Good understanding of IFRS
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to translate complex data into clear structured and visually compelling insights
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
