Job Summary
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Operate and monitor the inclinator ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
- Provide guests with information about resort facilities activities and local attractions.
- Assist guests in and out of the inclinator safely.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Basic knowledge of the resort and local area.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Additional Information :
