As ETD Operations Manager you will lead and coordinate daily activities manage process and system changes and act as a key point of contact for operational risk matters. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily ETD operational workflowsensuringall tasks are performed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Drive the development refinement andoptimisationof ETD operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Coordinate departmental resources balancingworkloadsand aligning team capacity with business priorities.
- Identifyand escalate operational risks promptly to senior management while supporting riskmitigation plans.
- Lead the implementation of system regulatory and process changesimpactingETD operations.
- Manage team development including training capability building and succession planning.
- Conduct ongoing analysis toidentifyprocess gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold operational governance principles including risk assessments and conductrisk considerations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Strong understanding of the ETD trade lifecycle and middleoffice/operations processes.
- Provenorganisational timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding capabilities with crossfunctional stakeholders.

- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and familiarity with key operational systems such asClearvision GMI ATEO LISA Eurex UCP PTMS LME SMART and SEALS.
- Completed Eurex clearing exam (QCS Qualified Clearing Staff).
