We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our small but dynamic Marcomms team. Reporting to the General Manager - Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement you will deliver on our Marketing & Communications strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a marketer who can confidently switch between strategy team leadership and delivering high quality content.
In This Role You Will:
- Connect the Marketing & Communications strategy directly to business priorities and organisational goals
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand needs and translate them into impactful marketing solutions
- Lead and mentor a high performing MarComms team managing workflow and developing capability
- Write compelling communications and review team output to ensure quality accuracy and brand alignment
- Lead and drive our digital marketing and social media strategy
- Manage key external supplier relationships including digital marketing and creative agencies
- Oversee compliance with brand guidelines quality systems and risk frameworks
- Drive innovation continuous improvement and best practice across MarComms
- Champion a culture of integrity determination compassion and thriving together
Qualifications :
You will thrive in this role if you are a confident leader who brings both strategic capability and hands on marketing maturity. You bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications PR or Journalism
- Strong experience in a Marketing / Communications role particularly digital marketing and social media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear deliverables
- Experience using marketing tools and content platforms
- A passion for high quality work brand integrity and service excellence
- A collaborative leadership style that develops people and builds trust
