Job Description:
ATC Northwest is seeking a dedicatedPhysical Therapistto support patient carein Vancouver WA. This role focuses on evaluating developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility strength and overall functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
Requirements:
ActiveWashington PT License
CurrentBLS(AHA or American Red Cross)
Minimum1 year PT experience
COVID vaccination
RecentPPD test or chest X-ray
Clearcriminal background check & drug screening
Reliable transportation and smartphone
