Production Lead Manufacturing (3rd Shift)

Shift: WednesdaySunday 3rd Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM)

Are you a mechanically inclined leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Avery Dennison is looking for a Production Lead to join our Service Bureau this role you wont just run equipment; you will own your station and lead your teammates toward success. We are looking for a versatile utility player who is eager to learn multiple functions and ensure our facilitys circulatory system keeps moving.

What Youll Do (Day-to-Day):

• Lead by Example: Operate specialized equipment while providing guidance to associates and making key production decisions in the absence of a supervisor.
  Ensure Precision: Monitor quality standards through regular sampling and checks to maintain a zero-defect mindset.

• Solve Problems: Troubleshoot machine abnormalities and coordinate with service technicians to ensure operational uptime.

• Manage Logistics: Use ERP systems to log data accurately and maintain neat organized inventory levels in the warehouse.

• Champion Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Customer Service and diverse production teams to meet urgent delivery changes and deadlines.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

• Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma/GED or 4 years of related experience. You should be comfortable learning new software and operating complex machinery.

• Agility: The ability to pivot quickly between tasks as production priorities shift.

• Resilience: A focus on maintaining quality and a positive attitude during high-pressure shifts.

• Physical Readiness: Comfort standing for long periods and lifting 2550 lbs regularly.

• Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to wearing PPE and following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

Hourly Rate $24.62 - $32.83 / hour.
The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
