The Fidelity YOU Program is an early career program experience crafted to prepare individuals for a career in operations. Participants are placed in a full-time position and assimilate into their business team on day 1. The Fidelity YOU program kicks off in week 2 with a week long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake Texas.
Upon completion of the robust 2 week on-boarding experience participants begin training for their full-time role and come together monthly with their cohort for business unit networking and learning sessions focused on building skills and capabilities.
