Join us in shaping the future of health care and making a meaningful impact at Description: Were seeking a full-time experienced payroll and benefits specialist to join our team in our corporate office in Watkinsville GA. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented works accurately with numbers understands and works with complex processes and has strong organizational planning and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains the upkeep of our payroll system: employee roster employee statuses pay rates PTO insurance deductions direct deposits etc.
- Oversees and manages bi-weekly payroll (approve timecards deductions pay codes expense reports wage and hour laws garnishments etc.)
- Manages daily operations of company 401(k) including eligibility determination enrollment updates loans rollovers
- Oversees benefits coordination including open enrollment payroll updates invoice reconciliation SPDs 1095s benefits enrollment system
- Trains new employees on the payroll system and how to fill out expense reports
- Assists with monthly invoices for clients
- Completes regular audits of invoices files and other items
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in payroll & benefits preferred
- Accounting degree preferred
Schedule Details:
- Full-time 40 hours a week (Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm)
