As a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician your work ensures the safe accurate and compliant handling of medicines and clinical supplies. By maintaining precise inventory records organizing storage areas and managing materials with care you help protect product integrity and patient safety. Every correct count every properly stored item and every compliant action directly supports researchers healthcare providers and patients relying on these essential products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive document and store materials per GMP
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Manage drug returns and support sample activities
- Restock supplies and remove expired items
- Stage materials for production and provide coldstorage backup
General Responsibilities
- Stay current on safety and GMP training
- Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
- Complete accurate documentation
- Support team needs including occasional overtime
Work Conditions
- Frequent standing/walking
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Use manual/electric pallet jacks
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma with 57 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR
- Associates Degree with 35 years of experience
- Previous experience in a GMPregulated environment
- Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately
Additional Information :
Position is Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
