| Job Description: | - Configure and manage GitHub organization repositories and access controls for student project teams
- Set up and document workflows for AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code Cursor etc.)
- Implement project management platforms (Trello Jira or similar) and establish standard workflows
- Create documentation and templates for development best practices code reviews and deployment processes
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Ensure compliance with UF IT policies and security standards
- Provide technical onboarding support for student teams and faculty advisors

| Required Qualifications: | Currently enrolled UF undergraduate or graduate student or a recent graduate in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field - Strong experience with Git/GitHub including organization management branching strategies and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with modern development tools and IDEs
- Experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

- Knowledge of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions Jenkins etc.)

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
