The Benefits Operations Analyst is a hands-on execution-focused role within the Consumer Products Benefit LAC team responsible for ensuring the seamless execution operational readiness and ongoing optimization of Visas regional benefits portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Director this role collaborates closely with the Benefits Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of benefits ranging from implementation and vendor coordination to fulfillment oversight and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operational processes related to benefit readiness fulfillment and redemption enablement.
- Monitor and support all technical compliance and security requirements tied to benefit deployment partnering with Technology and Security teams as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding ongoing vendor maintenance compliance checks and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness for new launches enhancements or market rollouts.
- Lead core activities across the benefit lifecycle including enablement implementation support fulfillment oversight and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Partner with Benefit Owners to support scenario modeling vendor negotiations pricing strategies and cost optimization analysis for benefits portfolio.
- Improve and maintain resources that support Customer Service Specialist Sales and in-market teams strengthening self-service tools and benefit documentation.
- Map document and optimize existing benefit operations identifying opportunities to automate standardize and streamline workflows to accelerate time to market.
- Identify gaps in current enablement materials and develop new workflows FAQs job aids and tools to improve scalability.
- Work closely with engagement and platform teams to enhance user journeys and ensure a digital-first delivery model.
- Track benefit performance indicators fulfillment processes and operational readiness.
- Synthesize insights to propose enhancements that drive efficiency reduce friction and improve consistency across markets.
- Support the implementation of new operational tools or automation initiatives that improve benefit delivery.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics or a related field.
- 3 plus years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in product development or operations PMO or similar execution-focused roles within financial services payments or technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in operational and process-oriented roles with a strong focus on execution accuracy and detail.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and translate technical concepts into clear actionable steps for business partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards KPIs or workflow tools to identify improvements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Problem-solving organizational and communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Ability to drive execution manage timelines and follow through on deliverables.
- Fluent or native in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong plus.
