Pay: $2376/week $2500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)
Position Overview
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Aberdeen WA. This position offers competitive weekly pay a lucrative completion bonus and comprehensive benefits. The ER nurse will provide high-quality compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department including triage assessment treatment and ongoing evaluation.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and respond rapidly to emergency situations.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe effective and efficient patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans discharge instructions and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or compact state eligibility.
Minimum 12 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (travel nursing experience preferred).
Current certifications: BLS ACLS and PALS (TNCC preferred).
Strong critical thinking organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-stress fast-paced environment.
