This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which youll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. Youll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas while working alongside T-Mobile employees. Well give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.
What Its Like
What Youll Do
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day product management activities including standups and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with engineering design analytics and business partners to help define product requirements and acceptance criteria
Analyze customer funnel and performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improving eCommerce experiences
Assist in discovery efforts such as user research competitive analysis and problem definition to inform product decisions
What It Takes Currently enrolled in a masters program in Business Product Management Technology Engineering or a related field
Demonstrated interest in product management digital commerce or customer experience (through coursework projects or internships)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with agile methodologies product discovery practices and common product tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Figma analytics platforms)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
