The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will perform tasks necessary to support day-to-day contract administration functions.

Additionally the Contract Administrator will:

  1. Maintains comprehensive contract databases of FAR/DFARS clauses and Terms and Conditions including records of responses and negotiations.
  2. Performs periodic federal website reviews to update FAR/DFARS clauses and corresponding deviations.
  3. Reviews clauses and provides timely responses that comply with company policies and procedures program requirements and applicable U.S. Government procurement regulations and laws.
  4. Performs detailed comparison of new and negotiated contract/subcontract terms and conditions.
  5. Ensures timely turnaround of documents and provides status reports to contracts manager.
  6. Interfaces with internal teams to facilitate information and resolves issues promptly and tactfully.
  7. Assists in the development and implementation of efficient contract administration processes and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
  8. Assists with completion and submittal of Representations and Certifications across programs.
  9. Assists with internal and external audits as needed.
  10. Supports contract closeout actions across programs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with major in business administration contracts procurement or project management.
  • Work involves practical job knowledge and skills gained through 1-3 years of prior work experience in such areas as business administration contracts procurement or project management.
  • Program project or US Government contract management experience highly desired.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS a plus.
  • Excellent writing presentation and verbal communication techniques are necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel).
  • U. S. Citizenship is required.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
