Job Title: Pharmacist Independent Prescriber
Location: Crawley
Salary:per annum (Full-time permanent)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join a forward-thinking primary care team in Crawley. This is a full-time permanent position offering excellent career development opportunities and the chance to play a key role in patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-focused care including medication reviews prescribing and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert prescribing support across a range of long-term conditions and acute presentations.
Conduct structured medication reviews and optimisation in line with best practice.
Work closely with GPs nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective prescribing.
Support the delivery of enhanced services and QOF targets.
Ensure patients receive high-quality evidence-based care with a focus on safety and outcomes.
Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services within the practice/PCN.

Requirements

Fully qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
Independent Prescribing qualification.
Completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pathway is essential.
Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experience in a GP surgery PCN or primary care setting (desirable but not essential).
