The opportunity

As a Team Assistant youll provide high-quality administrative support to our client-serving colleagues. Your precise reliable and client-oriented mindset will be key to maintaining the smooth running of our department

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain the smooth running of the daily work of the department
• Facilitating travels abroad and countryside visits
• Scheduling internal and client meetings
• Handling billing financial administration and reporting
• Some personal assistant tasks are included
• Assisting proposal contract preparation
• Handling telephone calls expense reports and timesheets
• Filling of the project work documentation
• Recording incoming/outgoing letters
• Occasionally typing / formatting / binding of reports letters power point presentations

• Ability to prioritize and flexibility

What we look for

• 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Fluency in English and native Hungarian
• Reliable software user knowledge (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• University/college degree or any job related certificate
