Job Summary
ABOUT US
We are a Global Security Tech company operating in the fields of digital security financial platforms and currency technology. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in Melbourne and to ensure our site runs at maximum efficiency while supporting quality assurance and safety standards.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee site maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities operate safely reliably and efficiently.
- Uphold and drive quality assurance standards (including participation in internal/external audits).
- Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations maintain product quality and safety and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors and manage service agreements and safety policies.
- Monitor review and report on maintenance activities ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values at all times.
About you
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance management ideally within a high-volume manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and health safety & environment management.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (highly regarded).
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or Service Engineer (desirable).
- Contractor management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to resolve issues and develop practical solutions.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
