What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Roving Inspector to work in our Quality department. As the Roving Quality Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting products conducting new product qualification testing and assisting Quality Engineers as needed. This role ensures product quality meets the standards before reaching our customers.
Are you:
- Mechanically inclined.
- Detail oriented.
- Observant.
Requirements
A Day in the Life of:
- Assist in the development dissemination and maintenance of documented product quality standards.
- Assists with quality functions completing and maintaining associated paperwork including but not limited to:
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
- First Article Inspections (FAI).
What Makes You Qualified:
- HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 1 year experience in previous quality inspection role required.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
- Ability to read understand and convert decimals and fractions.
- Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products required.
- Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift)
