We are looking for motivated reliable Route Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Exton PA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving working independently and being part of a supportive team.

Position Overview

Route Technicians drive company vehicles to multiple client locations each evening to complete scheduled cleaning services. This role requires independence accountability and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles to assigned commercial locations
Complete scheduled cleaning tasks at each stop
Follow route schedules and cleaning checklists
Maintain communication with management as needed
Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
Lock and secure buildings upon completion

Requirements

Valid drivers license
Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
Comfortable driving between locations nightly
Self-starter who is motivated and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift bend and move throughout the shift
Required clearances:
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
