Integrating state-of-the art ultra-high-speed electric motor/generators power electronics control electronics and advance control software our Engineers are leading innovations for a safer cleaner and more efficient world on the move.
We are hiring Software HIL Engineer to support our Embedded SW Testing teams in Prague office!
Responsibilities:
- Creating and debugging HIL models for testing of the Software.
- Supporting Developers and Test Engineers in debugging on the Test Bench
- Development and maintenance of Test Rigs
- Real Time models deployment
- Developing Scripts to support the Automation of the HIL interface and simulations
- Preparing Documents for PCB modifications needed for testing
- Proposing and Developing enhancements for the HIL Plant model that increase testing scope and reliability.
- Taking part in the initiative of integrating HIL into the CI/CT
- Attending meetings with key stakeholders informing about issues solutions timelines for the HILs
Your profile:
- Masters degree ideally in one of these following fields: Electrical Engineering Robotics Mechatronics
- Know how to read and understand electrical schematics PCBs
- 3 years experience in the field Electrical Machines and Power Electronics within Automotive
- Experience with communication protocols CAN and LIN
- MATLAB/Simulink
- VECTOR tools - CANAPE/CANOE
- Experience with HIL toolchains (i.e. Dspace tools - Control Desk / Configuration Desk)
- Python
- Experience with JIRA and Version Control (GIT)
- Hands on experience with Laboratory equipment (Oscilloscope Signal Generators)
Ability to communicate in Czech and English
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience on a HIL test bench
- Experience with FPGA
