Job Summary

Our clientlooking for an experienced and dynamicPrincipal Occupational Therapist to lead OT practice across both Adult Social Care and Childrens Services at Bristol. This role sits at the heart of Bristols transformation agenda perfect for someone who can think strategically influence senior leaders and drive meaningful change.

6Month Contract Hybrid (2 Days Office)

What will your responsibilities be

Lead the strategic direction of OT across Adults and Childrens Services
Strengthen OT pathways and embed strengthsbased personcentred practice
Drive key elements of the Adult Social Care transformation programme
Provide expert professional leadership governance and quality assurance
Support workforce development and influence training and practice priorities
Use performance data to drive quality improvement and consistency

Benefits:

500 per day Inside IR35
6month contract
Hybrid:ideally2 days per week in the office remainder from home

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

HCPCregistered OT (DipCOT / BSc or equivalent)
Strong social care OT background with leadership/management experience
Proven ability to lead service improvement and influence senior stakeholders
Confidence in driving change redesigning pathways and embedding new models
Excellent communication analytical and organisational skills
