Prokura is a leading young consultancy company within Procurement and Supply Chain Management located in Denmark Norway Sweden London and Germany. We are approximately 140 consultants who are experts in these areas. Our procurement and supply chain projects range from the development of strategy to implementation/optimization e.g. procurement organization setup category optimization (indirect direct) fast-impact bottom-line support Supply planning & S&OP distribution network design and inventory optimization. We are therefore seeking an Associate Partner to help grow and develop our practice in Oslo. You will be a part of a specialist team of leaders in their field being supported by the extensive resources of our parent company Kearney. Joining Prokura as an Associate Partner presents a compelling opportunity to be a part of building and developing the Norwegian office. You will work closely with the Partner & Head of Norway in developing clients and portfolios training and supporting junior resources and taking ownership of projects as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will become part of the international partner network and participate in various discussions and decisions that influence the entire organization across borders. Working with us provides a unique blend of responsibility influence and opportunity to shape and impact both our clients our business and the local industry as a whole.

Your profile
- Competent in procurement/supply chain with 4 years of experience in strategic procurement production distribution sales and operations planning and/ or operations strategy
- Excellent academic records with a masters degree from a leading University
- Strong track record of relevant industry or functional post-graduate work experience showing progress/ promotion
- Robust people leadership skills and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
- Business acquisition competences and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project management
- Excellent academic records from a leading University or University of Applied Sciences
- Excellent analytical skills logical and structured thinking creative in problem solving
- A role model and inspiring leader
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Fluent in English and Norwegian both written and oral
