Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in monitoring troubleshooting and maintaining production systems

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 production support for Informatica ETL workflows SQL queries and Unix/Linux-based batch processes ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
- Develop maintain and enhance Informatica ETL mappings and workflows including troubleshooting job failures and performance tuning.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents implement permanent fixes and coordinate with development teams for long-term solutions.
- Monitor and manage scheduling tools and database operations (Oracle) while supporting shift-based and weekend operations as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Developer or Application Support professional with strong knowledge in Informatica SQL and Unix/Linux
- Hands-on experience with Informatica including ETL development support and relational database design using Oracle
- Strong SQL experience required
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementing permanent solutions.
- Hands-on Level 2 application support experience in Informatica and scheduling tools
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain
- Knowledge of production monitoring and scheduling tools
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools
