DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of a global leader in serving science. Working collaboratively with leadership youll analyze markets develop growth strategies and coordinate cross-functional projects that directly impact our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data-driven insights competitive analysis and strategic planning. Youll partner with teams across divisions to identify growth opportunities evaluate market trends and transform analysis into actionable recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree plus 4 years of experience or Bachelors Degree plus 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration Economics Finance Life Sciences or related field
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with expertise in data visualization tools (PowerBI Tableau)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly to leadership
Demonstrated experience in market analysis competitive intelligence and strategic planning
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working in cross-functional global teams
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
Fluency in English; additional language skills valuable
Life sciences or healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $113500.00$156300.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
