Part-Time Concierge – Overnight (1100 PM – 700 AM)

The George a newly renovated community in Washington D.C. is seeking a Part-Time Overnight Concierge to join our property management team. This position supports overnight building operations and plays a critical role in maintaining safety security and professionalism during evening hours.

Work Schedule:

• Wednesday Thursday Overnight (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Thursday Friday Overnight (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Friday Saturday Overnight (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

In this role your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet residents and guests with a warm professional attitude
• Conduct regular building and garage walk-throughs to ensure safety and security
• Monitor building access and promptly report issues or emergencies
• Assist residents with package pick-up and maintain an organized package area
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests quickly and courteously
• Document maintenance issues deliveries and incidents for management

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service experience preferred)
• 12 years of experience in concierge front desk or customer service roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent service
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (email Word Excel)
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

The physical requirements for this position include:

• Ability to stand walk and conduct building rounds during shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
