Compensation: $52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly

Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt

Location: This is an in-person position based out of Issaquah WA


Role Summary

An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals couples and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional supportive and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists. Associate Therapist Responsibilities


Under the supervision of a licensed clinician associate therapists will:

  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual family and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online)
  • Participate in clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements and company policies
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings

  • Active unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State
  • Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
  • Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.); strong preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through adulthood
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
