Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain ServiceNow on-premise servers.
- Manage Linux operating systems and ensure server performance and stability.
- Administer databases including MySQL and Oracle.
- Configure and maintain load balancers networking components and SSL certificates.
- Monitor system health and perform troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
- Implement security best practices and manage patches/updates.
- Collaborate with application and IT teams to support platform enhancements and upgrades.
Key Competencies:
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Linux Administration
- Database Administration (MySQL & Oracle)
- Networking & Load Balancers
- Security & Certificates Management
- Preferred Certificates:
- CIS (Certified Information Systems)
- Any relevant ITOM or ServiceNow certifications
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Education: Any degree related to IT or Business
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in implementing IT infrastructure best practices and security policies.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
