Detailed Responsibilities
Individual Support Plans (ISPs): Assisting in the creation and implementation of behavior plans ensuring all teachers are aware of a students specific needs and strategies.
Transition Support: Helping Year 6 students with behavioral needs settle into the secondary environment during the crucial first term.
Career Mentoring: Helping older students see the link between their behavior in school and their future career or college prospects.
Peer Mediation: Training older students to act as peer mentors to younger pupils fostering a whole-school culture of responsibility.
