A well-established secondary school in Hatfield is seeking a proactive organised and reliable HR Assistant to join their Human Resources team as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent role providing crucial support to ensure smooth HR operations and effective staff management across the school.
As an HR Assistant you will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider leadership team. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment employee records HR reporting and general HR administration. This is a key role that requires confidentiality attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process including advertisements interview coordination and new starter administration
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis
Coordinating staff training professional development and appraisal processes
Supporting HR policies and compliance including safeguarding and employment legislation
Providing general HR administrative support as required
