Role Overview
The Caretaker will take responsibility for site maintenance health and safety and security.
Key responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the school site
Carrying out routine maintenance tasks
Conducting health and safety checks
Responding to maintenance requests
Monitoring site security and CCTV
Liaising with contractors
Supporting school events
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Managing minor repairs
Maintaining outdoor areas

Site Team
The Caretaker works alongside the Site Manager and cleaning staff to ensure high standards of site presentation and safety.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in site maintenance or caretaking
