Job Summary
A well-regarded all-through school in Somerset is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join its department as soon as possible. The Role
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with potential involvement in upper primary depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons
Supporting pupils with practical investigations and exam preparation
Encouraging scientific curiosity analytical thinking and problem-solving
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced Science department
Contributing to enrichment activities and wider school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Science subject or closely related field
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge in Biology Chemistry or Physics
High expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
