Open to Junior Mid & Senior we are looking for 23 exceptional people

• We are building an AI-first company where engineers dont write most code by hand. Instead you design systems orchestrate agents backcast from outcomes and ship end-to-end products with leverage autonomy while being highly aligned.

• If youve experimented deeply with Cursor Claude Code GPT Codex based workflows or other coding agents - and realised engineering will never be the same - this role is for you

• Back in May we course-corrected away from research-heavy and toward AI-Engineering and weve reshaped the whole engineering work culture

Your purpose in our mission

Our org structure is made up of pods with distinct areas of focus to keep us all working on the most impactful things for our customers all of the time. Some of our team members work across multiple pods. Our structure was conceived with impact autonomy and velocity in mind and wed love to share more with you throughout our interview process. Your manager Daniele Head of AI Engineering will develop your skills and enable you to deliver on the pod mission.

This is what youll be doing

Your purpose is to:

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end

• Build and manage a fleet of agents

• Design technical systems that multiply team output

• Help us build the Agentic Legal Framework and our Knowledge Intelligence Platform

• Safeguard the teams future by elevating engineering from individual contribution to 10x team output

You wont just ship features.
Youll shape how we build products in the age of AI.

• Design AI-first technical systems: Own technical design from first principles use design patterns deliberately and architect scalable systems

• Manage and orchestrate AI agents: Build deploy and maintain subagents improving agentic effectiveness and design workflows that scale with agents

• Build end to end products: Own features from ideation -> architecture -> implementation -> shipping and move beyond frontend or backend silos

• Collaborate as a 10x team: Backcast from product outcomes and build most of the solution at once share knowledge openly elevate peers and design for collective intelligence

• Contribute to core strategic initiatives: Agentic Legal Framework Knowledge Intelligence Platform AIOps evolution

This is how well set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from you

Over your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success. During the interview process we can talk you through a high level overview of your 90 day plan.

By the end of your first three months we expect you to be:

• Month 1: Build manage and maintain your first subagent. Understand and contribute to our AIOps workflows

• Month 2: Fully own and manage an assigned product end-to-end

• Month 3: Proactively contributing to product roadmap

By 6 months you will:

• Independently design and ship AI-native systems

• Be leading technical decisions on your product

• Multiply team output through agentic leverage

Well continually develop and measure success on the below criteria:

• Agentic effectiveness

• Technical design quality

• Ability to contribute to AIOps

Youre entrepreneurial in your thinking adaptable in fast-changing environments and naturally step into leadership when needed. Above all we care far more about your mindset ambition and leverage potential than the number of years youve spent in a role.

Required technical skills are:

• Strong experience

• Backend experience with frontend exposure or full-stack experience

• Strong technical design capability

• Deep understanding of design patterns

• Experience experimenting with coding co-pilots / AI coding tools

• Systems thinking
